A right to privacy exists, including, but not limited to, sexual privacy.
1) Neither the United States nor any State may make or enforce any laws that regulate private sex acts between consenting adults unless a compelling reason of the public’s physical health exists.
2) Neither private nor Internet gambling may be prohibited and may be regulated only when a compelling public interest exists.
3) The names, likenesses, and other information about arrested persons may be published only when they have confessed, been caught in the act, been caught on camera, or been formally charged.
4) Neither the names nor the likenesses of living crime victims or witnesses may be published without their consent.
